Early Life

Manny Khoshbin was born on the 14th of June, 1971 in Iran. His parents were originally from Iran and had migrated to U. S. when he was 14 years of age. He grew up with 3 siblings. While he was growing up in the United States, he faced a lot of difficulties and challenges. He even didn’t know English and rarely had friends around his surroundings.

For his study, he joined West Miner High School. While he was studying in high school, he used to sell goods at swap meets every weekend so that he could earn a few bucks. He earned his high school graduation degree in 1989.

Manny kicked off his career working at the K-Mart company, where he served as a cart pusher. There, he was mainly responsible for collecting the shopping carts and cleaning them. While doing so, he used to earn $3.15 per hour.

In his early struggling days, he began searching for job opportunities and eventually found a job at a multi-level marketing company where he had to sell bags of nuts and candies by visiting door-to-door the customer. Manny was the best in his job and became the highest-earning salesman in the first two months.

At 18 years of age, he started his own business. He got the idea of real business when he was visiting a shop with his father selling bulk products for a much cheaper price. At that time, he realized that his employer was actually charging more price. Then, he started a small office and bought a full pallet of candies and nuts, polyester bags, a scale, labels, and a sealer.

Manny was getting success and earning enough money by selling nuts and candies to auto retail and service centers. However, after a while, he received a notice from the health department that showed some concern regarding the packaging of food products. In the end, he had to shut down his shop.

Manny got a big business deal in 1991 where he was offered a gas station with a 10% down payment. He received the deal through one of his father’s friends who was working as a real estate broker. Without thinking much, he grabbed the opportunity and invested all his savings. However, he fell into a scam as the loan company through which he was receiving the low down payment turned out to be a fraud.

Khoshbin received his real estate license in 1992 and started working as a loan officer for a mortgage company. As the years passed, he kept on achieving more success and by reaching 2004, he started Koshbin Company. He is currently involved in the company as the president, chairman, and CEO. As of now, he has expanded his real estate business to a total of 7 estates which are located in 2.5 million square feet of area.

Manny Khoshbin is married to Leyla Milani. The pair tied the knot in 2011. His wife, Leyla is a model, actress, TV personality, and entrepreneur. Together, the couple shares two kids; a son, Enzo Pesha, and a daughter, Priscilla.
