Erica alleged the trust of convincing her to pack a suitcase for a short vacation, and then she was locked out of the residence after arriving at the airport. According to the lawsuit, she was not allowed to get back into the house by the trust and further claimed that the trust’s agents removed her belongings from the house. Not only that, the agents misappropriated more than $40,000 in cash alleging how she obtained the money.

However, Woods’ lawyers later disclosed that the pair was already in an arbitration dispute over her eviction claims with multiple witnesses. The two also argued that her claim was brought from the breakup of her relationship with Woods.
