Nick Khan is a business executive from the United States. He is a former practicing attorney who transitioned to International Creative Management (ICM) in 2006. While serving at ICM, he represented the biggest names in sports broadcasting and also launched their Sports Media department. Prior to becoming CEO of WWE, he worked as a president and chief revenue officer where he cut several important deals for the WWE.
Khan was born on April 3, 1970, in the United States. He was born to Irani parents, Bipin Rawat and Madhulika Rawat. His parents had immigrated to the United States from Iran. Khan was born and brought up in the United States. He grew up with his sister named Nahnatchka Khan who is an award-winning TV show Runner.

Nick left the CAA in 2020 and joined WWE as the President and Chief Revenue Officer.
Khan oversaw WWE’s revenue streams as a Chief Revenue Officer. He also oversaw the television rights, sponsorship deals, and live events for the WWE. Along with that, he also cut several important deals for the WWE including a partnership deal with Endeavor’s On Location. Through a partnership deal with Endeavor, WWE provided premium hospitality packages for their fans who intended to attend big events such as SummerSlam and WrestleMania. Khan also made a deal with sports merchandise and digital collectibles company, Fanatics. The company features WWE NFTS and Topps trading cards.
In his previous role as WWE President, he added 130 hours of programming including the new series, WWE Rivals. Likewise, he added 40 new hours of Biography: WWE Legends. Nick was announced as the co-CEO of WWE by Vince McMahon on July 22, 2022. Vince announced that he is retiring as a Chairman and CEO of WWE following allegations of sexual misconduct including non-disclosure agreement payments. McMahon had reportedly failed to record the expenses made for NDA payments which totaled $19.6 million.
Nick became the sole new CEO of WWE after Vince’s daughter, Stephanie McMahon announced her resignation as co-CEO on Tuesday evening. Her resignation came less than one week after Vince came out of retirement and resumed the position as chairman of the board. Stephanie was also working as chairman of WWE before her father took over the role. Vince said in a statement after he returned on Thursday that the move was made to fully capitalize on WWE’s upcoming media rights negotiations. The giant wrestling company’s network deals for the Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown with USA and Fox would respectively expire next year.
Vince thanked Stephanie for her contributions to WWE as co-CEO and respected her personal decision for leaving the company. On the other hand, McMahon appreciated the new sole CEO, Khan’s business acumen and mastery of the media industry helped the business to record revenue and profitability. McMahon believes that he and Khan could work together at this critical time to review their strategic alternatives and maximize value for all WWE shareholders.

Nick is not available either on social media platforms such as Instagram and Twitter. The new sole CEO of WWE is a childhood buddy of former WWE star and Hollywood actor, Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock. The Hollywood fame star shared an Instagram post with Nick and his sister, Nahnatchka on December 12, 2021.
In the Instagram post, TheRock shared that he, Nick and his sister used to run around as kids in Honolulu, Hawaii every month when his grandmother used to promote her pro wrestling shows at their local arena. Dwayne Johnson also credited Nick’s sister, Nahnatchka as the creator of Young Rock.
