Greg Penner was born on December 18 in the year 1969 in the United States. He was born to Clifford and Joyce Penner, who were sex therapists. Greg studied International economics at Georgetown University. Then, he attended Stanford University and earned an MBA degree.

After completing his University education, Greg started working at the early-stage venture capital fund, Peninsula Capital as a General partner. He has previous work experience at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the corporate finance department. He served in the company during the 1990s.

Rob Walton, the heir of Walmart agreed to purchase the Denver Broncos for $4.65 billion on Tuesday night, June 8. Rob is the controlling owner to purchase the team who would pay at least 30% of the price which is around $1.395 billion. In regards to the purchase of the Denver Broncos, his son-in-law, Greg Penner, and daughter, Carrie Walton-Penner joined the ownership group as the minority investors.

After the purchase of the Denver Broncos, Greg and Carrie are expected to be running the football franchise being the Bronco’s bosses.
