Early life
Eboni K. Williams was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, on September 9, 1983. She was brought up by a single mother who used to work as a bus driver. Regarding her education, she studied at the University of North Carolina and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
Then, she attended the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and earned her Juris Doctor. While still a law student, she assisted New Orleans council members in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Williams also clerked for the Louisiana Attorney General’s office and the Louisiana Secretary of State.

Eboni K. Williams initially worked as a public defender and provided legal counsel in family law and civil litigation. Then, in 2010, she returned to private practice. During that time, she represented clients in federal offense cases and other cases such as homicide, drug, rape, and sex.
Williams has also served as a correspondent for CBS News. Likewise, she served as a contributor for Fox News and has made appearances on the shows such as The O’Reilly Factor and Hannity. Along with that, she has co-hosted the shows, The Five and Outnumbered.
Williams later joined Katherine Timpf and Eric Bolling to co-host the Fox News Specialists. The Fox News show was created to rebuild the Fox News Channel lineup after the departure of conservative journalist, Bill O’Reilly.
The Fox News Specialists afternoon show was later canceled on September 8, 2017, after Boiling left the network due to sexual harassment allegations. Then, she joined WABC Radio and worked as a co-host of a noon-talk show along with radio personality Curtis Silwa.
Williams had replaced the former commentator and host, Ron Kuby in the radio show. She currently hosts the late-night talk show, State of the Culture. Williams also came into the limelight appearing as the first African-American member in the popular reality series, The Real Housewives of New York City.
Williams joined the reality show on the 13th season in October 2020. During her appearance in the series, she drew criticism and was branded preachy for foisting a withering agenda of race and social justice. In Season 14, the viewers also witnessed the catastrophic breakdown of relations between Williams and the rest of the cast.
Due to the rift between Williams and other key cast members, the reality show’s producer postponed the filming of the season 13 reunion indefinitely. According to the sources, the rift between cast members and Williams grew so toxic that made the makers have fear of not going forward and not coming back.
Williams also blamed producers for the reality series’ sinking ratings in the season. It is revealed that the show got fewer viewers as the fans were bored by her repeated conversations about race. However, she later cleared that race shouldn’t be taboo as the series tackled sensitive issues such as mental health, bankruptcy, alcoholism, and divorce in the past.
In May 2023, Williams again became controversial after saying she’d not date a bus driver. The Real Housewives of New York star further stated in an interview with Iyanla Vanzant that she’d only date a bus driver if he owned the vehicle. Her statement later caught a lot of underserved flack on social media platforms.

Eboni K. Williams was engaged to financial executive, Steven Glenn. Her ex-fiance is a CFO and COO at a private equity firm, Warburg Pincus. The pair was together for four years.
Williams blamed Glenn’s kids as a reason for their separation. According to the news outlet, she never showed any interest in Glenn’s family. His kids also barely knew her. In 2002, the Real Housewives star was detained at a North Carolina mall after she tried to steal a $245 pair of Stuart Weitzman pumps.
