Nicole Lynn was an intern at the National Football League Players Association while studying law. She also served as a financial analyst at Wall Street from where she received her Series 7 and Series 63 certifications through FINRA.

Lynn achieved the biggest touchdowns of her career in 2015 by becoming the first female agent to represent the top NFL sports agency, PlayersRep. Later on, the sports agency was acquired by Young Money APAA Sports Agency, owned by renowned rapper, Lil Wayne.

Nicole joined the team at a sports agency, Klutch Sports Group as a new President of Football Operations in 2021. She was only 26 when she signed her first client and became one of the youngest female sports agents in the industry. Lynn has represented extensive clients including NFL players with the Oakland Raiders, Denver Broncos, and Washington Redkins.

Nicole represented defensive tackle, Quinnen Williams and became the first black woman who represented an NFL draft pick in 2019. That same year, she was featured in women’s magazine Glamour’s Women of the Year series. The following year, she represented quarterback, Jalen Hurts.

Subsequently, she obtained her certification to represent professional NBA stars in 2020. As of now, she represents over a dozen professional athletes. While talking to the news outlet, she mentioned that any time someone thinks of an agent, they think of her.

Lynn further excelled in her achievement and becomes the first black female agent to represent an NFL player in the Super Bowl. She is apparently representing NFL star, Jalet Hurts’ all-female management team. Lynn had previously represented Hurts in his collegiate football career.

Nicole sent Hurts a shot-in-the-dark direct message on Instagram after seeing his NFL draft. She asked for a meeting with Hurts and his father. During a meetup, she was able to impress both Hurts and his father with her storied management career.

In a sports interview with the news outlet, Lynn shared that she knows the agent world in the NFL and all sports are very male-dominated. As she was really on top of her stuff and was very hungry, she was eventually confirmed to become the first black woman to represent an NFL quarterback in the Super Bowl.

Shortly, after she was hired, another male sports agent told Hurts and his father that if a baby girl (Nicole) doesn’t work out, give them a call, she’s sweet, but–yo know. When Hurts asked her how she dealt with such a case, she replied laughing, this is just her life.

In February 2020, Lynn revealed about her husband in a tweet while replying to an attorney who studied at Houston Christian. She said in a tweet that, her husband works at Houston Christian University seeing an attorney from the same University.

On January 24, she shared an Instagram clip with her husband with the caption “over a decade later and not much has changed with heart emoji”.
