Early Life

Shaq Barrett was born in Baltimore, Maryland on November 7, 1992. He was raised by his parents Donyetta Hawkins and Steven Barrett. He studied at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and later transferred to Colorado State University.

Barrett lost his two-year-old daughter, Arrayah on April 30, 2023. The authorities reported that the NFL player’s daughter drowned in a swimming pool at their house on Sunday. The youngest daughter of Barrett fell into the pool around 9:30 and was taken to a hospital in Tampa. Unfortunately, she couldn’t be survived and was pronounced dead.
