Big Scarr was a rapper from Memphis, Tennessee. He dropped his first track, Make a Play in 2019. Then, he signed a record deal with 1017 Records under Atlantic Records in 2020. Big Scar rose to fame after he released his song, SolcyBoyz featuring rappers, Pooh Shiesty and Foogiano. The rapper passed away at 22 years of age due to an accidental prescription drug overdose on December 22, 2022.

Scarr was born in April 2000 in Memphis, Tennessee. He spent his early days growing up in the Magnolia community. Big Scarr grew up with eight siblings. He stayed with his grandmother until she died when he was 13. Big Scarr had a car accident when he was 16. The accident left many scars on his face due to which he was inspired to take the stage name, Big Scarr.

Besides that, his debut mixtape also sold 22,000 in its first week. After his first charting project, he dropped the deluxe version of his debut mixtape titled “Big Grim Reaper: The Return”. Big Scarr was also posting his official music videos on his self-titled YouTube channel. He opened an account on YouTube on December 8, 2019, and uploaded his official music video titled “Make A Play” on December 18, 2019. The music video currently has over 12 million views. Big Scarr’s Girlfriend & Personal Life

Big Scarr was reportedly dating someone at the time of his death. In fact, his family confirmed that he was at his girlfriend’s house when he died. However, there is no specific detail available about whom he was dating. The Memphis rapper died from a drug overdose of prescription pills on December 22, 2022. His uncle, Arthur Woods confirmed that his nephew overdosed and passed away at his girlfriend’s house.

The Memphis performer’s uncle, Woods further stated that he is still unaware of where his nephew got the pills. Though, he mentioned that the Memphis native went through several traumatic situations at a young age. Big Scarr had reportedly been battling with depression after the death of his beloved grandmother. The rapper’s uncle further revealed that he was shot in 2020 and the bullet traveled up his spine. After he was shot, the late rapper went through surgery to remove his appendix.
