Early life

Blac Youngsta was born on the 8th of April, 1990 in Memphis, Tennessee. He grew up in McMillan Street along with his younger brothers. Back and his siblings were brought up by their grandparents. He lived a struggling life in the past as his grandparents were not financially strong enough to fulfill their basic needs.

Blac started working at a local grocery store at 7 years of age. However, he was fired from the job after he was caught placing fake orders to take food to his house. After being fired, he started selling drugs due to which he was sent to prison numerous times for drug and gun charges.

Youngsta went on to establish his own record label under CMB named Heavy Camp after he was released from prison. In June 2017, he dropped a mixtape “I’m Innocent”. He signed his first major record deal with Epic Records in December 2017. Through Epic Records, he dropped his first studio album “223” in February 2018. The album peaked at No. 42 on the Billboard 200. Blac’s debut album which includes the hit song “Booty” peaked at No. 73 on the Billboard Hot 100.

In August 2018, he released a sequel of “Fuck Everybody”, which was titled “Fuck Everybody 2”. Youngsta came up with his EP titled “Cut Up” in May 2019. He made an announcement of his second studio album “Church on Sunday” in August 2019, which was released on November 29, 2019.

In May 2017, he surrendered himself to police on a charge of firing over 100 rounds into Young Dolph’s SUV. Blac was released on the same day after putting a certain amount as bond.
