Taubefeld seems to be a friend of Ken Goldin as he was invited as a guest for Wheelhouse and SPoke Studio’s new Netflix series, King of Collectibles. While talking about Goldin, he took Score Board public in 1987. That year, he managed to generate sales revenue of $1 million. Within two years, the figure grew to a massive $20 million.

In 1994, Score Board got its maximum sales generating over $100 million. During the time, Goldin was appearing regularly on Don West’s nightly sports memorabilia show at Home Network. Goldin ended his association with Score Boards in 1997. But, he gave continuity to selling collectibles.

After a year, the market contracted enough which led the Score Board to bankruptcy. Then, Goldin handled marketing for the baseball superagent, Scott Boras. At the time, the interest was declining and he was getting less business. Though, after some time, the great recession helped renew interest in alternative assets.
