While he was working in Tax Solution Company, he started giving preaches at churches. He shaped himself and his beliefs after listening to the preaching of Dr. Cato Brooks, Jr. Keion also gave preaching at the Tree of Life Missionary Baptist Church. He delivered his first sermon named “Faith: Where is Yours?” in 1995. After some time, he began serving as a speaker and pastor at the Fort Wayne-based New Horizon Baptist Church.

Henderson gathered a group of over six hundred members within five years while making a presence at the New Horizon Baptist Church. The people got attracted to him for his motivational speeches and powerful leadership style.
