He established his own practice, the Hochstein MedSpa after receiving board certification. Within a short time, he became one of the most successful plastic surgeons in Miami. Lenny trained in general and trauma surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital between 1990 and 1995. While getting trained at Parkland Memorial, he understood that surgery was his passion.
